杏仁茶




我最最讨厌杏仁的味道了,不过却听说过杏仁茶的好处。所以没办法还是喝点吧!

不过我却找到了方法,那就是加牛奶粉(我加的是Everday的奶粉)和蜂蜜,提升了美味还营养加分,爱美的媚媚可以喝喝看哦!

【杏仁粉的功效】
  (1)长期抽烟的人常常会咳嗽或痰多,用杏仁粉2匙,冰糖少许,冲泡300毫升温开水,只要每天早上喝一杯就能镇咳化痰、达到清肺、润肺、防肺癌的效果。

Mango Essence

Mango essence            2 pkts 
Egg                              3 pcs 
Water                           3 bowl 
Milk                             1 bowl

A) boil water than add mango essence well untill essence dissolve 

B) Beat egg to while than add milk mix well 

C) Cool A than mix B together and mix well 

D) pour into small bowl/cup, before put in the fridge stir the mixture

Sweet potato soup ( 15 minutes )

5 pcs of difference type of sweet potato

3 pcs of pandan leaves 

Stage 1 
Put the pandan leave boil with water 



Stage 2 
Put the potato cube inside and boil untill soft 

Stage 3 
Put the ginger concentrate as you like inside the pot

Walnut bread

250g bread flour 
15g sugar 
3g salt 
3g yeast 
100g yogurt 
60g fresh milk 
25g egg ( half egg)
30g butter 
Wanut 4 pcs 



Stage 1 Filter the read flour 

Stage 2 put half egg, yogurt, fresh milk, 
Salt, sugar and yeast inside with the bread flour 

Stage 3 press button 1



Stage 4 Wait untill bread flour mixed well, put the butter 

Stage 5 listen "p.." Sound put the walnut in. 



Stage 6 after 3 hrs, the bread done




Can you see the bread with soft center and crispy outside ..

We used 4 hrs to prepare and baked , 5 minute cut and finished within 3 minute ..

Home made Pandan Kaya

材料 :

3粒蛋,100g糖 , 200g 椰浆  , pandan leaves (small) 8 , 薯粉 1 茶匙 。。...

做法分享于夏天 : 



1.把pandan叶剪成小段+椰浆放入搅拌机里搅拌后过滤

2.鸡蛋打散后过滤

3.椰浆加入鸡蛋和薯粉后再过滤+幼糖

4.用炖煮方式煮至你要的浓稠度

How to Cook Pumkin Soup - low fat

Ingredient:-
Japanese pumpkin  1 slide
garlic and red onion 5-10pcs
Mushroom source (no MSG)
Pura Fresh milk 3 cups
Fresh Mushroom few pcs for decoration



Benefit of pumpkin soup
Pumpkin is a super food, not only is pumpkin loaded with vitamin A and antioxidant carotenoids, particularly alpha and beta-carotenes, it’s a good source of vitamins C, K, and E, and lots of minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and iron.  

How to do ?
1) cut pumpkin into small pieces

2) cut the garlic and red onion in a small slide, and fry with oil, once it turn brown,  add the pumpkin slide and also mushroom source 


3) put (2) into Jiuyong and add the fresh milk inside press rice paste button.
 

4) after 30 minute pour out from Jiuyong

5) Boil the fresh mushroom and cut into slide for decoration.
