Ingredient:-
Japanese pumpkin 1 slide
garlic and red onion 5-10pcs
Mushroom source (no MSG)
Pura Fresh milk 3 cups
Fresh Mushroom few pcs for decoration
Benefit of pumpkin soup
Pumpkin is a super food, not only is pumpkin loaded with vitamin A and antioxidant carotenoids, particularly alpha and beta-carotenes, it’s a good source of vitamins C, K, and E, and lots of minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and iron.
How to do ?
1) cut pumpkin into small pieces
2) cut the garlic and red onion in a small slide, and fry with oil, once it turn brown, add the pumpkin slide and also mushroom source
3) put (2) into Jiuyong and add the fresh milk inside press rice paste button.
4) after 30 minute pour out from Jiuyong
5) Boil the fresh mushroom and cut into slide for decoration.
