Dragon fruit milk shake

Ingredient :-
Dragon fruit 1pc 
Pura full cream milk 1 cup 
Honey
Ice cube 


Cut the dragon fruit in 2 pcs and scope out the dragon fruit and put inside the blender

Add the milk and ice cube and blend it 

Pour to the cup and add honey 

I have tried to used difference type of fresh milk to blend the fruit juice and I found pura full cream milk have better taste beside that I also tried difference type of honey - Malaysia wild raw honey are still the best, remember don't used iron or any other metal to stir the honey because this will spoil the nutrition of honey and don't blend Honey together, once ready only add on and stir it

How to cook GuiLingGao - tortoise Jelly


 
Turtle Jelly made from the powdered bottom shell from the turtle and a variety of Herbal product.

According to a legend, the Tongzhi Emperor nearly cured his smallbox by taking guilinggao.However, Empress Cixi believed his disease could be cured by worshipping a smallpox idol. She succeeded in convincing the emperor to quit his guilinggao regimen. The emperor died soon after.

Benefit of guilingao :-
Reduce acnes
healthier complexion
improving circulation
assisting muscle growth
relieving itching
kidney restoration

Pregnant women are not advisable to take gui ling gao.

Ingredient of Guilingao:-
1pack of Eu Yan Song power
20g of dry longan
Raw honey

 
put 1package (inside have few pack) inside 1 little of room temperature water, stir well
 

 
 
reheat with low fire , and stir well until the colour turn from dark brown to black colour, add the dry longan in
 
 
 
set in room temperature until cool, chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours
 
add honey before serve
 


Soya bean curd pudding

I went to expo last Saturday and look some food at Singapore food expo 2013 ,and I saw premixed soya bean curd pudding and bought 2 for trying purpose.



1 Pack for 5 bowl of bean curd pudding( I pack with 1 little of water)

Boil the water, and add the power slowly, stir well.
Pour the mixture into containers and set in room temperature until cool .

Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours u till firm .

Why Eucjeuma Seaweed is called as Sea Birdnet, because the marine plant of this organic seaweed is rich in enzyme nutrients, collagen and mineral substances, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, sodium and multitude fibers and jelly form proteins, and the nutrition is very similar with bird net, and we can called " vegetarian Bird net". by the way, I always tell my friends don't bother what is this, just eat and you will become more pretty.

Boil the water
 

Step 2
Once the water boiled put 2 block of sea bird net inside the water

Step 3
Once the block of Sea bird net melt, put in side the container, once become cool, put inside to the refrigerator.

How to cook Veggitarian Soya veggitable curry

Ingredient:-

Soya bean   2cups
eggplant     1pc
lady finger 10pcs
cabbage 1pcs
toupok 8pcs
chilli paste

 
 

Method to cook:-

1) soya milk
a) soup the soya bean for 6 hrs and peel the skin, soya milk have better taste if you take the skin out and without sour taste

b) put the bean inside Joyang soya maker and press concentrate soya button

 

 c) filter out the soya milk, we only want the smooth soya to cook curry

 

 2) hide the soya milk and put cabbage and eggplant inside first when become half cook and now put the toupok and lady finger in.

3) put the chili paste in
 

 
 4) Soya vegetable curry done  - simple and easy and very suitable for vegetarian .
if you use soya bean to cook curry can lower the calories and fat from curry, and no stress for weight issue.. and this is a better healthier chose for all of us.. Must try!

How to Cook Jinger tea (Concentrate)

Ingredient
Ginger  160 grams
Water    add till 100 ml
Black sugar  1 pack
Red dates 10 pcs
Dry longan 30-50 pcs

How to DO

1) Peel the Ginger Skin, Cut into small pieces, add 100ml water to the blender to blend the Ginger


    
2) Put (1) inside the pot to cook until boil add whole pack of Black sugar and red dates in and cook for 30minus -45 minus until all ingredient become concentrate.

3) Once cooked, put the dry longon In

this is this the concentrate of Ginger tea, once u need it, you just need add with the hot water. I found very convenience for all working lady professional, and hope to share my recipe with all of you.
