Sambal Fish /Steam egg/steam sweet sour Sotong and Eggplant

we prepared all the food at office lunch hours, and can you see how effective on us. cheer !!!

We using Microware, Owen and Rice cooker to cook all dish and rice in 30minute.

 
Sambal Fish – appreciate Ah Lai help us to clean the fish 1 day in advance, and Idah brought these fish from Mersing.
Ingredient – clean the fish and put the sambal inside the fish, after all put inside the Owen ) for 18 minute.
( I select 200 degree, hot from top and bottom

 
Stem egg – stir  the fish paste,  Tofu, egg well, put the light source, pepper and sesame  oil and put inside the microware for 3minute + 2 Minute

 
Put the Sotong and onion on top of rice cooker, and cook for 8-10 minute will do,  but I put too long maybe 18-20 minute, the sotong become hard.

I add the chili ( fresh grain chili,) Lime juice and light source once ready.

The taste no bad actually but sotong too hard, because I over cook.

 
I baked the Eggplant for 30 minute, but maybe too big so quite difficult to cook also, I suggest, cut into small pieces.
Hui Ling  homemade source brought the taste to eggplant.
