We order 2 ice jelly ~ my home made ice-jelly taste much more better.
Meat and seafood roll, the chili was sour sweet Thai chili source and hand made spring roll, for me I think this spring roll can be improve on the ingredient, because I think if add the prawn ( cut into small pieces) and water chestnut, can increase the sweetness and enhance the taste for this dish. I only can taste the meat taste but I cannot taste any sweetness of seafood. Overoll they are doing well on control deep fire fire, this roll was crispy anywhere.
The white Meehun - is the signature dish for this restaurant, everyone order the same dish, this is a much order for this restaurant. This dish are very similar with hock kian fry pawn noddles, but this whitr Meehun not really fry but stew so the Meehun not so oily and we can taste the sweeness of the seafood, very delicious. Like the pawn noodles, you need to squeeze tr lime to the Meehun, the lime juice can help to increase the appetite.
