美人锅

美人锅原于日本，在日本有很多分店，但在海外只有新加坡有美人锅的海外分店。

在新加坡美人锅有四间分店，分别于,Plaza Singapura, Chinatown Point, Westgate 和Liang Court

美人锅为什么叫美人锅，就因为这锅汤，吃了这锅物之后，補充了胶原蛋白后，皮肤就变得水叮叮后，丑女都变成了美女，所以就叫这锅汤，美人锅啰！

等鸡汤融化了之后呢，服务员会帮你把鸡肉舀上来，先让您吃，其实我们一直在看，别桌的到底有没有要酱料，我们喵了一下，然后我们也放弃酱料吃了鸡肉，它的肉还蛮嫩的，所以还不错！

Bijin Nabe-美人锅是大家都会点的菜，一人份SGD25++ ，能加一次汤，份量蛮大的.锅物有很多蔬菜和野菜，汤也很浓郁的清甜！吃到最后也不会太腻，我很喜欢小红萝卜，很好吃。

吃美人锅是有顺序的，如下：-

（1）吃鸡肉

（2）吃蔬菜

（3）吃面

（4）虾

因为放了虾后，汤就不好喝了！

Nikumaki cheese and Yuzu @SGD 3.80 /pc，这两个其实是饭团啦，一个是培根饭团，一个是起士饭团。它用的不是日本珍珠米，只是普通的米饭，不过还蛮好吃的，也可能是因为我等太久了。

Chicken Nanban Original @SGD 8.50，这道是egg mayo炸鸡和芝麻撒拉。它的鸡肉里面很嫩，egg mayo很大一份。其实我们真的吃不完，可是真的太好吃了，所以最后还是被我们一扫而空。

每一次好的晚餐，一定要有一个甜品来结束，这就是餐厅为我们准备的，我觉的餐厅还蛮用心的！

最后感言，两人份美人锅，很大份了，在加上我们加点的菜，实在太多了，不过我还是很喜欢这间餐厅的！

They combine old stuff, and moden design in their restaurant .

2 flover of pizza - margarita and classic prawn, the pizza so so the skin not crispy enought for skinny pizza but the taste not bad. 

Mushroom lovers will love the juicy portobello fries.

As conclusion I love the environment but location not easy to reach if without car.

来介绍一下，各种口味，首先最受欢迎的是（1）Royal Honey-听Royal这个字，就是尊贵吧！（3）Chocolate Divine-这个是我的最爱，有chocolate macoron,brownie, chocolate ball with sauce !! 好像天堂的感觉。这间的优格比较酸，比较天然，材料也是当天混制的，最重要有我的最爱Macoron.而且造行很美，适合拍美美的照片！（5）Honey Velvet-其实我对蜜糖要求太高，所以不太合我口味！

都说了，女生吃冰激淋超可爱的！我也这样觉得！

Nutilicious -巧克力和各种坚果完美的配合和 Chocolate Divine 这两个都是我的最爱，其实说穿了就是我爱巧克力！

Honey Velvet-拍起来很美吧！我觉的这间店的灯光，把人拍的蛮美的！

不说你不知，现在是星期六，晚上11.30pm，Serangon Garden，在一间店屋楼上，我们排着队，等吃甜品。

这里可不是组屋区吔，这里可是私人房产区，也就是说，这里不靠近MRT，顾客都是大老远驾车来到这里吃甜品的哦！当然也包括我们啦！

当然一碗甜品，可是被票选为新加坡第二好吃的甜品店。而且一碗甜品的价格公道，甜品真材实料，所以大家都趋之若鹜。

你不用担心找不到此店，因为一下车，就有阵阵榴莲香指引你的方向，我们可是闻香而来。

在排队里，无所事事的我们，欣赏着店主制作的小小店屋模型，有很多哦！而且还蛮精制的！

在这里要为大家介绍的前三名就是：-

我们大多点了第一名的榴莲慕丝，它的榴莲慕丝用新鲜榴莲制作，很浓郁的榴莲香味，而且店家很大方的在榴莲慕丝加了纯榴莲泥，我们吃的太开心了。

老实说，那炖蛋是真没什么特别，您还是在前三名之间做选择吧！

星乃珈琲店

星乃珈琲店 Hoshino Coffee - now a day Japanese style cafe are very popular in Singapore and we need to queue for 30-40 minutes on weekend in order to get a sit.. But I was just wonder are Japan really famous for cafe are japenses have deep understanding for coffee culture and coffee bean? Friendly speaking I found the coffee taste was so so and the coffee with nice deco only... The appreance was attracted me to queue but the taste make me disappointed !

The coffe taste really awful and the taste really bad, I' m not sure the crowed make the cafe serve such if bad taste coffee for us ?

The Sakura latte - have appearance but the taste was not good, I m expect latte was thick strong milk and sakura will awake my taste bud, but I felt nothing, lucky the vanilla ice-cream was good! And too many ice at bottom, and cost for SGD 9.90 no worth to buy 

the environment was good and I enjoy the asmosfera. I love something simple but showed showed detail " simple but no least ".... Sometime I m very difficult to understand.

As a conclusion, for me I would not back, because I felt not worse

桔子酸梅

材料：-

桔子，石蜂糖,酸梅

第一步

把桔子汽干净用布抺干

把桔子切一点，不要切断

把桔子汁挤出，拿掉种子,不然就会有苦味

把酸梅放入桔子里

把一层桔子一层石蜂糖、三个星期就能喝了，味道很好呢！

自制扬枝甘露

材料：-

芒果2粒

Sagu 米

柚子3片

椰奶与牛奶（各人口味）

糖（可加可不加）

首先先准备好材料，把芒果与柚子取肉分开放好。

把芒果肉，牛奶，椰奶，糖，冰放入果汁机，搅拌。

最后加入柚子与砂谷米就大功告成啦！

杏仁茶

我最最讨厌杏仁的味道了，不过却听说过杏仁茶的好处。所以没办法还是喝点吧！

不过我却找到了方法，那就是加牛奶粉(我加的是Everday的奶粉)和蜂蜜，提升了美味还营养加分，爱美的媚媚可以喝喝看哦！

【杏仁粉的功效】
　　（1）长期抽烟的人常常会咳嗽或痰多，用杏仁粉2匙，冰糖少许，冲泡300毫升温开水，只要每天早上喝一杯就能镇咳化痰、达到清肺、润肺、防肺癌的效果。
　　（2）冬天有许多老人或小孩支气管不好常常感冒，只要每天会早上喝一杯杏仁茶就能强化支气管、去风寒、预防感冒。
　　（3）杏仁含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸，每天早上喝一杯杏仁茶能摄取到优质的不饱和脂肪酸，能清除坏胆固醇、降低心血管疾病及中风的危险。
　　（4）杏仁含天然维生素E，爱美的小姐常吃杏仁能养颜美容，滋润皮肤让漂亮的你永远亮丽一生。
　　（5）根据医学报导：杏仁含有VIT、B17有抗癌作用，常吃杏仁癌症一生远离你。

Mango Essence

Mango essence            2 pkts 

Egg                              3 pcs 

Water                           3 bowl 

Milk                             1 bowl

A) boil water than add mango essence well untill essence dissolve 

B) Beat egg to while than add milk mix well 

C) Cool A than mix B together and mix well 

D) pour into small bowl/cup, before put in the fridge stir the mixture 

Sweet potato soup ( 15 minutes )

5 pcs of difference type of sweet potato

3 pcs of pandan leaves 

Stage 1 

Put the pandan leave boil with water 

Stage 2 

Put the potato cube inside and boil untill soft 

Stage 3 

Put the ginger concentrate as you like inside the pot 

Walnut bread

250g bread flour 

15g sugar 

3g salt 

3g yeast 

100g yogurt 

60g fresh milk 

25g egg ( half egg)

30g butter 

Wanut 4 pcs 

Stage 1 Filter the read flour 

Stage 2 put half egg, yogurt, fresh milk, 

Salt, sugar and yeast inside with the bread flour 

Stage 3 press button 1

Stage 4 Wait untill bread flour mixed well, put the butter 

Stage 5 listen "p.." Sound put the walnut in. 

Stage 6 after 3 hrs, the bread done

Can you see the bread with soft center and crispy outside ..

We used 4 hrs to prepare and baked , 5 minute cut and finished within 3 minute ..
